Delaware election law limits contributions to $600 per individual ($1200 per couple, but must be separate checks with different signatures) per election cycle (Dec 2010 - Nov 2014). Business contributions must include the name and address of the owner(s) of the business. You will be notified if you have reached your limit and your check will be returned. By law, names of individuals/businesses who contribute an aggregate of $100 or less in the election cycle will not be listed in the campaign finance reports submitted to the State Election Commissioner. Cash contributions are not accepted. Contributions are not tax deductible.

Friends of Bob Weiner does not accept political contributions from developers. "Developer" is defined as any active applicant which appears before New Castle County Council. The organization's Finance Committee screens all contributions and makes all decisions concerning the above definition.
